Heritage Restorations
BIC have considerable experience in heritage restoration and conservation projects. We can undertake complete heritage restorations or sympathetically and respectfully integrate existing features with new. Our tradespeople demonstrate quality workmanship with attention to detail and sensitivity when remediating historical buildings.

BIC are experienced Construction Managers who are able to coordinate your project from concept to completion. We can provide budget costs and quotations for a complete range of building projects with the aim of providing integrity and value for money.
Asset Maintenance & Services
BIC employ a team of experienced tradespeople who are able to perform a broad range of maintenance services. Once we have completed your build you can feel confident in allowing BIC to maintain your asset over the building’s life cycle.
Community Housing
BIC have been engaged in building numerous affordable homes for The South Australian Housing Authority (SAHA), in conjunction with SAHA’s objective to increase community housing supply so as to locate more tenants closer to the essential services they need.
