We also specialise in fitouts of commercial premises in all sectors using our own experienced tradespeople, together with our reliable subcontractors and suppliers. Our employees and subcontractors can be flexible in their work practices so as to meet any special requirements.
Heritage Restorations
BIC have considerable experience in heritage restoration and conservation projects. We can undertake complete heritage restorations or sympathetically and respectfully integrate existing features with new. Our tradespeople demonstrate quality workmanship with attention to detail and sensitivity when remediating historical buildings.
Project & Construction Management
BIC are experienced Construction Managers who are able to coordinate your project from concept to completion. We can provide budget costs and quotations for a complete range of building projects with the aim of providing integrity and value for money.
Community Housing
BIC have been engaged to build numerous community houses, for not-for-profit organisations and the South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT). This provides an important service for existing and prospective tenants, requiring housing security.
